Trading Terms
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from Elsker Creations outlets and website. By placing an order you AGREE to these terms and conditions. That you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Workshops
Workshop tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and bookings cannot be changed. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding distance- and online-selling regulations, which allows you to cancel your order within 14 days. No refund will be made on failure to attend. Please contact us for more information.
Prices
All prices are as stated on the www.elskercreations.com website, although we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time.
